Young Web Co. operates as a sole proprietorship. When we build and maintain websites for client businesses, we act as a data processor on their behalf — meaning we may have technical access to those websites for maintenance purposes, but the client business remains the data controller responsible for visitor data collected through their site.

We collect information only when you voluntarily submit it to us. When you fill out our contact form, we may collect:

- Your business name
- Your phone number or email address
- A description of your business or project
We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not run advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. We do not use tracking cookies. Standard web server logs (IP addresses, page requests, timestamps) are collected automatically by Cloudflare as part of normal hosting operations — we do not access or control these logs directly.
3. How we use your information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry about web design services
- Follow up regarding a free sample website we may build for your business
- Send you information about our services that you have requested
We do not use your information for automated marketing, add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent, or contact you for purposes unrelated to your inquiry. We will not contact you more than twice after an initial inquiry if you have not responded.
4. How we store and protect your information
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to our business email inbox at youngwebco@gmail.com. Web3Forms does not permanently store your submission data on their servers beyond the delivery process. You can review Web3Forms' privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
Once received, your information is stored in our Gmail inbox, which is protected by Google's security infrastructure including encryption in transit and at rest. We do not maintain a separate database of contacts. We retain email correspondence for up to 3 years for business records, after which it may be deleted.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which provides HTTPS encryption, DDoS protection, and enterprise-grade infrastructure security. All data transmitted between your browser and this site is encrypted.
5. Third-party services and our role as a data processor
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information passes through the following services solely as necessary to operate this website:
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact form submissions (privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes web traffic (privacy policy)
- Google (Gmail) — our email system where form submissions are received (privacy policy)
Each of these third-party services is an independent data controller or processor with its own privacy practices. Young Web Co. is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies.
When Young Web Co. builds and maintains a website for a client business, we act as a data processor on that client's behalf. We may have technical access to client websites for maintenance, updates, and support purposes. We do not use any data collected through client websites for our own marketing purposes, and we handle all client website data in accordance with the client's instructions and this policy.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal requesting that websites not track your activity. Because this website does not use behavioral tracking cookies or advertising scripts, your browsing activity on this site is not tracked regardless of your DNT setting. We honor the intent of DNT by design.
7. Google Maps
This website does not currently embed Google Maps. Websites we build for client businesses may include embedded Google Maps to help visitors find a business location. When you interact with an embedded Google Map on any website, Google may collect data about your visit in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to data Google collects through map embeds on client sites.
8. Limitation of liability
Young Web Co. takes reasonable precautions to protect any information you submit through this website. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access to information that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including breaches of third-party service providers listed in Section 5.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct — request that inaccurate information be corrected
- Delete — request that we delete your personal information from our records
- Opt out — opt out of any follow-up communication at any time by replying "stop" to any email or text from us

10. Children's privacy
