The short version: Use this website honestly and don't misuse it. Our content belongs to us. We're not liable for problems outside our control. Any disputes happen in Pennsylvania. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Not legal advice: Young Web Co. is a web design business, not a law firm. These terms were written in good faith to protect both parties. For specific legal concerns, consult a licensed Pennsylvania attorney.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Young Web Co. website at youngwebco.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Young Web Co. operates as a sole proprietorship based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. We may be in the process of forming a Pennsylvania LLC — in which case all rights and obligations under these Terms transfer to that entity.
2. Description of Services
Young Web Co. provides web design and development services for small and local businesses, primarily in the Johnstown and Laurel Highlands region of Pennsylvania. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom website design and development
- Website hosting setup and management
- Domain registration and configuration assistance
- Monthly website care and maintenance plans
- Google Business Profile setup
- Free sample website previews for prospective clients
This Site serves as an informational and marketing website for those services. The Site itself does not sell or deliver web design services directly — all formal engagements are established through a separate written service agreement between Young Web Co. and the client.
3. No Client Relationship Created by Site Use
Visiting this website, submitting our contact form, or receiving a free sample website preview does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any obligation on the part of Young Web Co. to provide services.
A formal client relationship is only established when both parties have signed a written service agreement and Young Web Co. has received a deposit payment. Until that point, all communications and sample work provided are exploratory and non-binding.
Any free sample website we build for your business remains the intellectual property of Young Web Co. until a formal agreement is executed. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or repurpose any sample site at any time prior to a signed agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, HTML/CSS code, color palettes, fonts, layouts, and the "Young Web Co." name and brand — is the intellectual property of Young Web Co. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Portfolio use: Young Web Co. reserves the right to display any website we build for clients in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a written agreement explicitly prohibits this. We will never display confidential business information without permission.
